For the processes stemming from this website, Skybuffer is the data controller, deciding their purposes and means.
Skybuffer web site is hosted and European Union and managed by Skybuffer Poland and Skybuffer Belarus internal employees. All processes at Skybuffer, including data management, are covered by ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certificates of business processes management and cyber security. All Skybuffer employees passed training and a subject to annual ISO certification compliance audit.

Skybuffer virtual assistant (chat bot) and your personal data

All the personal data that you share with our virtual assistant (chat bot) is used exclusively within the framework of a particular active conversation and can be stored in your browser’s memory for up to 12 hours. You can always delete this data by writing a reset message in the chat.

If you willingly and deliberately provide us with your name and personal email address to create an SAP demo user in our SAP system to test our solutions and developed functionalities, these personal data are stored in the SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8 system in our demo system in the mode accessible only by you (and Skybuffer employees). Personal data is available for you to view, edit and/or delete by using the Portal User created for you.

Accuracy, relevance and security of your personal data

Any personal data processed by Skybuffer is kept on secure servers. Skybuffer uses reasonable administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures to safeguard personal data against loss, unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or modification and to ensure the integrity of the personal data. Additionally, Skybuffer ensures to process your personal data only for the purposes mentioned in this privacy notice and to keep data no longer than necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification or erasure of your Personal Data. You may also have the right to ask for a portable format of your personal data or restrict or object to the processing of your personal data.
