2. Services Provided We provide hosted SAP systems, including installation, maintenance, and support. Our Services include:
- Hosting of SAP software on our servers
- Regular system updates and maintenance
- Technical support and troubleshooting
3. User Responsibilities As a user of our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not engage in any activity that could harm our systems or services

We use Stripe to manage payments, subscriptions, and subscription terminations. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms and conditions, which can be found here.
7. Subscription Management
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. You must provide accurate and complete billing information to Stripe.
- Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
- Cancellation and Termination: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.
8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your use of our Services at any time by providing written notice.
9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
