STEP #1: An employee creates a new DMS document for a new vendor and sends it out to be reviewed by all the people concerned.
STEP #2: One of the document reviewers, Jamie Fox, gets an email notification, checks the document and immediately adds her comment asking the creator of this document to attach some necessary files. She sends that email from her smartphone.
STEP #3: The creator of the DMS document gets Jamie’s comments attached to the initial notification email and updates the original document straight away. All the comments, updates and modifications to the original DMS document made by all the parties involved can be seen in the system itself.
STEP #4: The DMS document is reviewed as fast as never before.
