Set Status Technically Completed to WBS

The current skill sets the WBS element status to technically completed (TECO). The user is asked to provide the WBS description according to which the WBS number is found in the SAP system. If the WBS element is found and the status is set successfully, the AI provides the confirmation to the requested operation.
