This business skill is developed to enable requesting new cards issuing via the bank smart assistant. First the chatbot will ask the user for their telephone number in order to make sure such customer exists in the system. If this is the case, the customer will go through a validation process (email or sms) and after that will be asked to choose the type of card he wishes to acquire.
If a user is not found in the bank’s system by their telephone number, that is, the user is not yet a customer of the bank, the chatbot will offer her assistance in creating an ID, will validate the newly-created customer by provided tel.number or email, and only then will offer types of cards to choose from.
