People tend to complain it is so much of a red tape, boring and time-consuming activity – wouldn’t you agree? Sometimes there is even a special employee assigned to do this job. Data entry profiles are so numerous, and a regular user might not be aware of the way data are combined in this or that particular data entry profile. So, we have facilitated that process of dealing with systems data. In our happy world of enterprise-embedded AI, when a user reports working time into SAP, they are only asked to provide their personnel number, the date and the working hours – that is all. The embedded AI will pick a respective data entry profile on her own and will fill in the necessary fields. The data will for sure be saved in SAP. It will allow managers to keep track of the employees’ work time and identify deviations from the employees’ work schedules in due time
